Quebec hard rockers WhiteNails have signed with Magnetic Eye!  The electric six-piece plays amped-up rock 'n roll riddled with massive riffs and vintage swagger, and will release its debut, First Trip, on May 26 on CD and Digital.

WhiteNails formed in 2015 when guitarist Taylor Johnson (ex-Atomis) relocated to Quebec, met local tattoo artist and guitarist Danahé Cote and agreed to jam in Cote's "side project." Within six months, WhiteNails was opening for The Sword and Royal Thunder in sterling testament to the group's undeniable chemistry.

On First Trip, WhiteNails deliver unabashed heaviness that rides fuzzed-out riffs and thick-as-hell grooves straight into the sonic void.  The album captures the radiant energy of WhiteNails' powerful live performances and is a blistering debut from a killer band on the rise.

Along with guitarists Taylor Johnson and Danahé Cote, WhiteNails features Max Lemieux Beaulieu (drums), Jipi Smith (bass), Darcy Beaulieu (vocals) and Vincent Bernard (keys).

"WhiteNails is extremely excited to sign with Magnetic Eye records, who has a reputation for thinking big, working extremely hard, and putting out quality record after quality record," says Johnson. "First Trip is a debut full of energetic, big riffs and an attention to songwriting that we feel separates WhiteNails from the pack. We look forward to what the future brings!"

WhiteNails is also confirmed to appear on Magnetic Eye's successfully crowdfunded Pink Floyd tribute, The Wall [REDUX], also set to include The Melvins, Mark Lanegan, Pallbearer, Ruby the Hatchet, Ghastly Sound and more. WhiteNails will contribute its take on the Floyd classic "Waiting for the Worms."
